HR Manager position at Tanneries Roux (LVMH) in Romans-sur-Isère, France. Permanent role managing HR operations and labour relations in a heritage leather tannery.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deploy and oversee HR policy alignment with LVMH group objectives and corporate transformation initiatives, providing advisory support to leadership and management while fostering constructive social dialogue
  • Supervise all operational HR administrative processes including contracts, payroll coordination, benefits, time management, and compliance with collective agreements and labour law in collaboration with payroll providers
  • Manage employee representative bodies (CSE, CSSC), lead meetings, negotiate company agreements, maintain legal compliance oversight, and promote a healthy workplace climate
  • Identify training needs, develop skills development programmes, establish career pathways for specialized trades, define recruitment requirements, and manage full recruitment cycles
  • Lead SIRH system deployment, optimization, and user training across the site whilst driving HR process harmonization within the broader Métiers d'Art network
  • Coordinate social and workplace practices across LVMH Métiers d'Art French entities to share best practices and align policies
  • Coordinate workplace health, safety, and working conditions initiatives on-site and serve as the focal point for HSE Group policy implementation in an industrial setting

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–10 years as HR Manager or equivalent senior HR role, preferably in industrial manufacturing, tannery, or similar production environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in labour law, industrial relations, and collective negotiation
  • Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Labour Law, or equivalent
  • Advanced proficiency in SIRH systems and HR information technology
  • Solid knowledge of Health, Safety, and Working Conditions (HSE) in industrial contexts
  • Fluent English language proficiency (required)

Experience

Bachelor's degree or higher qualification (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Labour Law, Industrial Relations, or an equivalent field.
