Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations intake: gather facts, assess risk, document concerns and escalate to HR leadership.
  • Support investigations by coordinating interviews, organizing evidence, drafting summaries and preparing follow-up communications.
  • Act as day-to-day HR business partner to corporate and field leaders, supporting performance management, corrective actions and leadership communications.
  • Support compensation processes including preparation and distribution of merit and bonus documentation and related recordkeeping.
  • Maintain and update organizational charts, headcount tracking and workforce planning data across multiple brands.
  • Prepare executive-ready PowerPoint reports and analyses for talent discussions and leadership meetings.
  • Liaise with Centers of Excellence (Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, Talent Acquisition) and external staffing partners to resolve inquiries and ensure a consistent employee experience.
  • Coordinate mobility and visa processes for expatriates and VIE participants in partnership with immigration counsel and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within retail or a fast-paced consumer goods environment.
  • Demonstrated experience handling employee relations intake and supporting workplace investigations.
  • Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in the U.S.
  • Proven discretion managing confidential and sensitive matters with sound judgment.
  • Strong written communication skills with experience drafting investigation summaries and executive-level materials.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional HR Centers of Excellence and external staffing agencies.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of progressive human resources experience with direct exposure to employee relations, investigations, HR operations and cross-functional HR partnerships; retail experience preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
