LVMH alternance HR Data Analyst role in Reims/Epernay, supporting social data analysis and payroll reporting within Wines & Spirits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and analyze social data across all HR management systems to ensure data integrity and reliability
- Monitor workforce indicators including turnover, absenteeism, recruitment activity, time management, and mobility trends; identify and alert on material deviations
- Audit information consistency across multiple platforms including Core HR, payroll software, talent management systems, and payroll budget tools
- Update organizational tables and job classifications within payroll and Core HR systems to reflect structural changes and organizational evolution
- Maintain position data in the Core HR tool in alignment with budget parameters and organizational requirements
- Administer system access protocols for payroll and time management platforms in accordance with established procedures
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation in all indicator calculations and maintain methodological consistency
- Support monthly data reporting activities and respond to ad-hoc information requests in full compliance with GDPR requirements
- Conduct specialized studies on topics including pay equity, absenteeism trends, and performance indicators; provide analytical recommendations
- Contribute to mandatory reporting documentation including annual social balance sheets, performance appraisals, and gender equality reports
- Participate in payroll budget development through individual data input and validation
- Assist with payroll budget table formatting and verification of financial analysis outputs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+4/5) in Human Resources with specialization in social cost control and compensation, or related field with strong quantitative aptitude
- First internship or apprenticeship experience in Human Resources or Finance preferred
- Proficiency in French and English languages
- Strong technical competency with HR information systems and data extraction tools (Business Intelligence platforms)
- Mastery of office and collaborative software tools
- Demonstrated ability to work with statistical analysis tools

Experience
Beginner-level; first HR or Finance internship or apprenticeship experience strongly preferred
Education
Bachelor's degree (BAC+4/5) in Human Resources with specialization in social cost control and compensation, or equivalent generalist HR education with demonstrated strength in quantitative subjects and information systems
