LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics — Sydney: Temporary Human Resources Coordinator supporting HR, payroll and recruitment across Australia & New Zealand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including generation and processing of HR documentation, maintenance of personnel files and coordination of onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Prepare and validate timesheet files and support accurate processing of fortnightly Australian and New Zealand payroll cycles; coordinate superannuation payments and monthly payroll tax calculations.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and support accuracy and compliance of Time & Attendance systems.
- Coordinate recruitment administration: prepare job postings, schedule interviews, manage candidate communications and assemble employment and pre-employment documentation.
- Provide first-level employee relations support, respond to general HR queries and assist in coordination of employee relations processes.
- Contribute to HR operational projects, process and system improvements, and ad hoc reporting including monthly headcount and annual HR reports.
- Adhere to workplace health and safety obligations and support the implementation of related policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR coordination, HR administration or a similar operational HR role with demonstrable exposure to payroll processes.
- Practical knowledge of Australian and New Zealand payroll practice and modern Awards; familiarity with GRIA and Storage Award is desirable.
- Proficiency with HRIS and payroll platforms such as Tanda, Elmo or Datacom.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive with a solutions-focused approach to operational HR challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong relationship management and discretion handling confidential information.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field is preferred; knowledge of employment law within a retail environment is an advantage.

Experience
Entry-level to early-career HR professionals with proven hands-on experience in HR administration and payroll support. Experience processing Australian and New Zealand payroll cycles and working with modern Awards is highly regarded.
Education
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
