Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR advisor for Beauty Tech Americas and LVMH Beauty Multi-brands, aligning people strategies to business priorities and operating models.
- Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, change initiatives, and technology-driven transformation to enable performance and innovation.
- Design and implement talent programs including performance management, succession planning, internal mobility, leadership development, and calibrated talent reviews.
- Manage complex employee relations matters, lead impartial workplace investigations, and provide pragmatic guidance to managers to ensure consistent policy application and legal compliance.
- Drive HR operations excellence by executing core HR processes (performance cycles, compensation reviews, talent reviews), analyzing workforce data, and partnering with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions.
- Strengthen team engagement and effectiveness through targeted interventions, culture initiatives, and manager enablement to foster accountability, inclusion, and trust.
- Execute HR initiatives with disciplined project management, clear milestones, and proactive stakeholder communication across a matrixed, multi-entity environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
- Proven track record of advising senior leaders and translating business objectives into people strategies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. employment law, employee relations best practices, and HR policy implementation.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret P&L and operating models, particularly in tech-driven or brand-led environments.
- Experience operating within matrixed, multi-brand or multi-entity organizations with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional coaching, influencing, and interpersonal skills; proven ability to lead sensitive investigations and drive change.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience required; 7+ years preferred, ideally supporting senior leaders in complex, fast-paced, matrixed organizations — experience with technology/digital or multi-brand environments is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
