LVMH Fashion Group — Human Resources Business Partner in London. Mid-level HRBP role supporting Celine, Loewe, Givenchy and other Maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR advisor to Maison leadership, delivering strategic HR partnership, workforce planning and stakeholder engagement across the Fashion Group network.
- Lead employee relations, disciplinary, grievance and capability processes; provide coaching to managers and ensure legally compliant, pragmatic outcomes.
- Design and execute recruitment strategy alongside Talent Acquisition to source, pipeline and onboard high-potential talent at all levels.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, development, succession planning and offboarding, including exit interviews.
- Own policy, compliance and risk management: maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law, embed policy changes and ensure consistent application.
- Drive HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives in people strategy, DE&I, learning & development and HR analytics.
- Oversee compensation processes and collaborate with Payroll Manager on monthly payroll input, payroll checks and benchmarking.
- Maintain and update HRIS and reporting (My Fashion HR, Talent Connect / SuccessFactors, ADP), prepare monthly headcount and FTE reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a generalist HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role, ideally within retail or luxury fashion.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable experience partnering senior leaders and influencing business outcomes.
- Advanced knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice; experience handling complex employee relations matters.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams and to drive HR change and continuous improvement across a multi-brand organisation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a solutions-focused, data-driven approach.

Minimum five years’ experience as an HR Business Partner or HR generalist, with demonstrable recruitment ownership, full employee lifecycle management and experience in retail or luxury-fashion environments.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
