Overview

The Group’s central information systems teams (DSI Holdings & Corporate) deliver and maintain corporate applications and digital services used by the Group’s corporate functions and Holdings.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the analysis and preparatory study phases and participate in the implementation of the HR transformation programme.
  • Support sprint planning and cadence definition; track sprint progress using Agile practices.
  • Translate HR product requirements into clear user stories and liaise with development teams to ensure correct delivery.
  • Draft project documentation including specifications, test cases and validation scripts.
  • Manage project schedules and coordinate cross-functional activities across corporate HR domains (payroll, talent, recruitment, administration of personnel, etc.).
  • Participate in testing and user-acceptance phases, document defects and follow remediation.
  • Identify and escalate project risks within the assigned perimeter and suggest mitigations.
  • Use project tracking tools to provide transparent and structured follow-up of deliverables and milestones.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and prior exposure to HRIS projects or HR transformations.
  • Good understanding of Core HR concepts (administration of personnel) and HR processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear user stories and project documentation.
  • Confirmed level of English (professional working proficiency).
  • Autonomous, proactive and able to propose practical solutions.
  • Strong analytical, synthesis and written communication skills; rigorous and curious.
  • Comfort with Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery frameworks.

Experience

Early-career candidate: a first professional or academic experience on HR transformation or HRIS implementation projects is expected. Comfortable working within cross-functional corporate IT programmes.

Education

Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's programme in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline suitable for an apprenticeship.
