LVMH Fashion Group seeks an HRIS Project Manager (temporary, Paris) to lead SAP SuccessFactors, Core HR and Power BI projects across its Maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate complex HRIS projects across multiple Maisons, including new module implementations, system migrations, integrations with third-party systems and process optimisation.
- Drive Core HR deployment for a designated Maison and ensure data integrity through cleaning and reliability initiatives.
- Define functional and technical requirements in partnership with HR teams, business units and external solution providers.
- Manage project governance: establish and monitor schedules, budgets, resources; facilitate steering and project committees; manage risks and propose corrective actions.
- Design and deliver dynamic Power BI reports from Core HR data to supply key HR and management indicators.
- Contribute to AI-related HR solutions and to a strategic budgeting tool implementation.
- Conduct functional and technical acceptance testing and provide post-deployment support and upskilling to HR end-users.
- Manage relationships with HRIS vendors and integrators and coordinate closely with internal IT teams.
- Coach and supervise an internal collaborator responsible for HRIS run activities.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in IT, Project Management, Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of significant HRIS project management experience, ideally within an international environment or large group.
- Deep knowledge of HR processes and HRIS platforms, notably SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proven ability to produce and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards; strong interest in HR data and reporting.
- Demonstrated track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects and working with external integrators.
- Prior experience in people management or in supporting and developing team members.
- Excellent communication, analytical and synthesis skills; rigorous and results-oriented.
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).

Minimum 10 years of progressive HRIS project management experience, preferably in an international luxury group or large-scale enterprise environment, with responsibility for multi-stakeholder deployments and vendor management.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) in IT, Project Management, Human Resources, or equivalent.
