LVMH seeks an HRIS Product Owner for Compensation, Benefits & Pay Transparency in Paris—hybrid role leading product strategy, SAP SuccessFactors management, and pay equity initiatives for a global luxury conglomerate.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for Compensation, Benefits, annual review, bonus, and Pay Transparency solutions in alignment with central C&B teams and Group HR priorities.
  • Anticipate future Compensation & Benefits needs, regulatory evolutions, business expectations, and technology opportunities, translating them into product capabilities and roadmap priorities.
  • Support budget planning and tracking for compensation product scope, including Run and Project activities, vendor costs, and change-related investments.
  • Act as functional owner for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and related HRIS tools within the compensation landscape.
  • Prepare, configure, test, and support annual salary review and bonus calculation campaigns in close collaboration with central C&B teams, Maisons, HR Tech, and external partners.
  • Provide functional support to HR and Compensation & Benefits users during critical campaign periods and coordinate technical issue resolution with HR Tech, SAP, or system integrators.
  • Contribute to the deployment, adoption, and continuous evolution of Group Pay Equity and Pay Transparency capabilities.
  • Support implementation of solutions enabling compensation gap analysis, regulatory reporting, statement generation, and pay transparency processes.
  • Work with central C&B teams to translate regulatory and business requirements into functional specifications, data requirements, reporting capabilities, and operating processes.
  • Ensure Pay Equity and Pay Transparency solution roadmap supports both compliance obligations and broader Group ambitions for fair, consistent, and transparent compensation practices.
  • Promote reliable compensation data as a foundation for effective reward decision-making and regulatory reporting.
  • Define and monitor data quality controls required for compensation processes, bonus calculations, salary reviews, pay equity analysis, and reporting.
  • Act as a trusted business partner for central Compensation & Benefits teams and Maison stakeholders.
  • Build strong partnerships with HR Tech to align business needs, technical architecture, integration priorities, and delivery timelines.
  • Manage day-to-day run activities for compensation solutions, ensuring service quality, incident follow-up, and continuous improvement.
  • Support Level 1 and functional support teams on compensation-related inquiries, knowledge articles, and escalation paths.
  • Develop user enablement materials and contribute to training sessions for HR, Compensation & Benefits, and Maison users.
  • Drive adoption of standard processes and best practices while acknowledging local specificities and regulatory constraints.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Reward technologies, or product ownership in an international environment.
  • Strong understanding of compensation processes, annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, eligibility rules, workflow management, and HR data dependencies.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation or equivalent compensation planning solutions is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Pay Equity, Pay Transparency, compensation reporting, or regulatory reward topics is a strong asset.
  • Experience working with central HR/Compensation & Benefits teams, HR Tech, IT, vendors, and system integrators.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, roadmap priorities, and scalable solution evolutions.
  • Experience supporting critical annual campaigns, testing, issue resolution, user support, and post-cycle improvement activities.
  • Fluency in English required; French is a strong asset for collaboration with central teams and Maisons.
