LVMH Fragrance Brands internship: HR Training Coordinator (6 months, January–July 2027) in Levallois-Perret. €1,300–€1,400/month with benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage new employee onboarding: send welcome communications, create system accounts (MyBeautyPlay), and prepare welcome kits with product orders
- Coordinate training registrations for integration programs including factory tours (Inside Opérations), brand-specific courses (Givenchy and Kenzo), regulatory modules, and integration seminars
- Deploy and monitor the corporate training plan by managing registrations on the SIRH formation system
- Coordinate training sessions: reserve meeting spaces, arrange catering and refreshments, and prepare attendance sheets
- Track training completion across the learning management system (LMS) and ensure session closure
- Monitor mandatory training compliance and prepare regular reporting with corrective action recommendations
- Analyze training evaluation feedback ('Did you enjoy?' surveys) and share results with training providers
- Contribute to social audit reporting for both Group and maison-level initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent field
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong team orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Demonstrated interest in training, learning, and HR development initiatives
- Proficiency with standard office software and digital tools
- Proactive, curious, and results-oriented mindset
Skills
Experience
Internship or entry-level experience in HR, training coordination, or related administrative roles is beneficial but not mandatory. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with HR processes and training functions.
Education
Bachelor's degree (BAC+3) or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or a closely related discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Levallois-Perret, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1,300 to EUR 1,400 per month.
