LVMH Paris: HR Systems and AI Innovation Project Manager leading digital transformation strategy across 75 luxury Maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and align HRIS innovation vision with Group HR and business strategy; construct and pilot short, medium, and long-term innovation roadmaps integrating AI, automation, HR data analytics, and employee experience enhancements
  • Design and lead HR innovation programs including proof-of-concepts, pilot initiatives, experimental implementations, and scaled rollouts; arbitrate between innovation ambition, operational robustness, and information systems simplicity to avoid over-complexity
  • Establish HRIS innovation governance including decision-making frameworks, prioritization committees, and reporting mechanisms compatible with existing structures; animate HR, HRIS, and IT communities around innovation and best-practice sharing
  • Co-develop innovation initiatives with Maisons to respect operational autonomy while creating Group-wide value; interface with Maison HR Directors and teams, IT departments, software vendors, and strategic partners
  • Serve as primary innovation HRIS contact for executive leadership (HR Committee, Quarterly Business Reviews, sponsors); translate technical subjects into clear business impact narratives for decision-makers
  • Ensure ethical, responsible, and secure deployment of HR data and AI technologies; establish value metrics (adoption, usage, HR and business impact); contribute to upskilling HR teams in data and innovation competencies

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Engineering, or Management
  • Minimum 5 years confirmed experience in HRIS functions, HR digital transformation, or innovation initiatives, preferably in international and/or luxury sector environments
  • Demonstrable track record leading complex cross-functional projects spanning HR, IT, and business units
  • Strong command of HR processes and HRIS ecosystems with solid understanding of innovative technologies applied to HR (AI, automation, analytics)
  • Strategic vision combined with pragmatic short-term operational focus; data-driven culture and results orientation
  • Influential leadership in matrix environments; exceptional communication, pedagogical ability, and stakeholder alignment capabilities
  • Strong sense of quality standards and accountability consistent with luxury sector codes; intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and technological discernment

Experience

Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent) in Human Resources, Information Systems, Engineering, or Management.
