LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks an HR Specialist in Levallois-Perret to support social relations and HR development on a one-year apprenticeship contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of professional elections, works councils meetings (CSEC and Central Commissions), and negotiations with representative trade unions
- Ensure proper organization of meetings, follow-up of decisions, minutes documentation, filing of agreements, and updates to the mandatory employee information database (BDESE)
- Format and prepare draft company and establishment agreements
- Consolidate HR dashboards and indicators including social reporting, gender equality indices, and workplace climate measurement
- Conduct studies and analyses on social matters including legislative frameworks and benchmarking
- Support HR project management with potential outcomes in negotiations or consultation procedures
- Participate in diversity, equity, inclusion, and corporate social responsibility initiatives
- Advise the HR community on employment law (collective and individual)
- Create and disseminate content on employment law adapted to the organization, including analysis of proposed legislation and case law
- Organize and manage the recruitment process for interns and apprentices, including candidate screening and interview coordination
- Manage stakeholder relations with hiring managers and school partners
- Monitor and support the progress of interns and apprentices throughout their assignments
- Develop school relationships and initiate or lead recruitment forums and events
Qualifications
- Master's degree (M2) specialized in employment law and human resources
- Minimum one prior internship or apprenticeship experience in employment law, social relations, or human resources
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
