Role & Responsibilities

• Act as the HR generalist for the Saudi Arabian retail population, delivering end-to-end HR support and ensuring a luxury standard of service to all stakeholders.
• Provide professional advice on employment law, employee relations and HR best practice; act as an ambassador for LVMH values and escalate high-risk matters to the Head of HR when required.
• Lead disciplinary, grievance and capability procedures, coaching line managers through processes and preparing associated documentation.
• Manage performance and career review cycles, probation processes and individual compensation review activities in coordination with regional policies.
• Own recruitment for the Saudi market: build talent pools and maps, manage candidate screening, interviews, reference checks and onboarding to ensure a seamless induction experience.
• Maintain accurate HR data and employee profiles in the LVMH talent system; prepare and submit monthly and annual HR reports and regular analytical reports (absence, headcount, salary comparisons).
• Administer monthly commissions and incentive inputs to payroll and maintain up-to-date organisational charts aligned to people budgets.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across HR metrics and respond to ad hoc administrative requests to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Saudi Arabian national (KSA legal requirement).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent; CIPD qualification preferred.
• Minimum five years’ HR experience, ideally within luxury retail and with demonstrable knowledge of the KSA market.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven capability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail and strong emotional intelligence.

Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR generalist within luxury retail or a related service environment, with specific exposure to the Saudi Arabian market.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent; CIPD or comparable HR credential preferred.
