LVMH Fragrance Brands, Levallois-Perret: one-year HR apprenticeship in employee relations and labor law, starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation and coordination of professional elections, works council meetings (CSEC and Central Commissions), and negotiations with representative trade unions
- Ensure proper organization of meetings, documentation, follow-up on decisions, deposit of agreements, and updates to the Digital Database of Essential Social Information (BDESE)
- Format company and establishment agreement projects
- Consolidate HR dashboards including social balance sheets, social reporting, professional equality index, and social climate measurement indicators
- Conduct studies and analyses on labor law matters, including legislative frameworks and benchmarking
- Support HR project management that may lead to negotiations or consultation procedures
- Participate in initiatives aligned with Corporate Social Responsibility, Diversity, and Inclusion objectives
- Provide advice to the HR community on collective and individual employment law
- Create content on employment law tailored to organizational needs, including analysis of proposed legislation and case law
Qualifications
- Master's degree (M2) in labor law and human resources
- First professional experience as an employment law specialist or employee relations officer through an internship or apprenticeship
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of French employment law and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with HR databases and BDESE management
