Veuve Clicquot — Reims: HR Recruitment & Development Trainee (Alternance). Two-year apprenticeship starting Aug/Sept, based in Reims.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for interns and alternants: assess needs with hiring managers, write and post attractive job listings, screen applications, conduct interviews and coordinate selection processes through integration.
- Ensure onboarding and successful integration of selected candidates through collaboration with tutors and line managers and by maintaining recruitment follow-up documentation and dashboards.
- Coordinate the trainee and alternant experience: provide individual follow-up, promote wellbeing and professional development, and animate the community via onboarding, networking and internal events.
- Develop and maintain school and campus relationships: proactively liaise with target universities, business schools, colleges and high schools to promote the Maison and source talent.
- Support employer branding and recruitment communication: create content and formats for social media, develop communication and training materials, and contribute to targeted campaigns in collaboration with Marketing/HR partners.
- Monitor, analyse and optimise recruitment KPIs and reporting tools to improve time-to-hire, candidate experience and programme outcomes.
Qualifications
- Enrolling in or entering Master 1 or Master 2 in a University or Business School with a specialization in Human Resources.
- First professional experience in HR (internship or alternance) required; prior exposure to recruitment is a strong advantage.
- Fluent French and professional working proficiency in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with strong drafting ability.
- Organised, rigorous, proactive, with analytical capacity and situational intelligence.
- Proficiency with standard office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.

Entry-level: a first successful internship or alternance in an HR function is required; prior involvement in recruitment processes is desirable.
Education
Enrolling in Master 1 or Master 2 (University or Business School) with a specialization in Human Resources.
