Veuve Clicquot in Reims seeks an HR Recruitment & Development Apprentice (alternance) for a two-year program starting Aug/Sep.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for interns and alternants: define needs with hiring managers, draft and publish attractive job postings, screen applications, conduct interviews and provide candidate debriefs.
- Coordinate onboarding and integration for selected candidates in collaboration with tutors and managers; maintain follow-up until full operational integration.
- Monitor and optimise recruitment KPIs and dashboards to improve sourcing and selection processes.
- Animate and support the intern/alternant community: provide individual follow-up to ensure wellbeing and progression, organise onboarding activities, networking and internal events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with target schools, colleges and lycées to promote the Maison and attract talent.
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate outreach on social networks; produce communication and training materials.
- Collaborate with other Maisons/teams on specific requests and cross‑Maison projects.
Qualifications
- Entering Master 1 or Master 2 in Human Resources, Business School or equivalent university programme with an HR specialization.
- At least one prior successful internship or alternance in an HR function; prior recruitment experience is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and standard email tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written communication and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrates analytical thinking, organisation, initiative, responsiveness and intellectual curiosity.

Experience
Entry-level — candidates should have completed at least one prior internship or work-study placement in HR; direct recruitment experience is advantageous.
Education
Enrolling in or entering a Master’s programme (M1/M2) with a specialization in Human Resources or equivalent.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Reims, Grand Est, France, with easy access to Paris.
