Veuve Clicquot — Reims: HR Recruitment & Development Apprentice (alternance). 2‑year apprenticeship starting Aug/Sept in the HR team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for interns and apprentices: define needs with hiring managers, draft and publish attractive job postings, screen applications, conduct interviews and manage selection processes through to integration.
- Provide candidate debriefs and maintain follow-up from offer to onboarding in collaboration with tutors and managers.
- Monitor, analyse and optimise recruitment KPIs and management dashboards.
- Manage the lifecycle and engagement of interns and apprentices: deliver individual follow-up to ensure well-being and professional development, and animate the talent community (onboarding, networking, internal events).
- Develop and maintain relationships with target schools, colleges and lycées to promote the Maison and source early‑career talent.
- Support employer branding and communication: promote vacancies on social media, conceive communication and training materials, and collaborate with Maison teams on ad hoc requests.
Qualifications
- Enrolling in or entering Master 1 or Master 2 in Human Resources, Business School or equivalent with an HR specialization.
- First relevant experience by internship or alternance in an HR function; prior recruitment experience is an advantage.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and electronic mail platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills, clear written communication and professional presence.
- Analytical mindset, organisational rigour, initiative, responsiveness and intellectual curiosity.

Experience
Open to beginners entering Master 1 or Master 2; at least one prior internship or alternance in HR is expected. Direct recruitment experience is a plus.
Education
Master 1 or Master 2 in Human Resources or Business School with HR specialization (in progress).
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Reims, Grand Est, France.
