HR Operations Manager, Oceania | Fashion Group Sydney | Lead HR operations for luxury brands
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead payroll and benefits administration across Oceania, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions
- Oversee statutory reporting, vendor management for insurance and other services, and support internal and external audits
- Resolve pay and benefit-related issues and manage employee purchase and sales requests
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes including contract preparation and system access provisioning
- Handle offboarding procedures including exit documentation and system deactivation
- Provide operational support to Human Resources Business Partners and serve as primary contact for HR operations guidance
- Monitor HRIS operations, collaborate on system issue resolution, and ensure data accuracy across all HR systems
- Implement and update HR policies and procedures to enhance employee experience and ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain data privacy and security standards, and regularly review and update employee handbooks
- Manage relationships with HR service providers and continuously evaluate process improvement opportunities
- Support HR data collection, consolidation, and dashboard development initiatives
Qualifications
- University degree in human resources management, business management, or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of regional HR Operations or HR Shared Services experience
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Payroll processing experience in the Oceania region
- Solid knowledge of employment ordinances and payroll practices across Oceania
- Demonstrated track record of maintaining high levels of data accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of HR processes with hands-on capability across all functions

Experience
Minimum 8 years of relevant regional HR Operations or HR Shared Services experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity. Essential experience includes payroll processing in Oceania and demonstrated knowledge of employment ordinances and payroll practices across the region.
Education
University degree in human resources management, business management, or any related discipline.
