Role & Responsibilities
- Support operations of talent-related events, meetings, and trainings.
- Update and maintain the talent database with accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct market research and analyze talent-relevant data for various projects.
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams on contract and payment processes.
- Assist in office intern recruitment and interview coordination.
- Support ad hoc projects within the Talent Management team.
Qualifications
- Must be an undergraduate or postgraduate student maintaining student status.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for luxury.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
