Role & Responsibilities

  • Support operations of talent-related events, meetings, and trainings.
  • Update and maintain the talent database with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct market research and analyze talent-relevant data for various projects.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal teams on contract and payment processes.
  • Assist in office intern recruitment and interview coordination.
  • Support ad hoc projects within the Talent Management team.

Qualifications

  • Must be an undergraduate or postgraduate student maintaining student status.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for luxury.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
