LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics seeks HR Intern (6 months, Düsseldorf) for HR administration support in Germany's luxury beauty distributor.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support various HR administrative processes within the personnel department
- Assist in the creation and preparation of employment contracts and work certificates
- Maintain personnel records and HR systems and databases regularly to ensure all information is accurate and current
- Support the standardization and optimization of cross-functional HR processes in collaboration with different HR functions including HR controlling, payroll, HR business partners, and related teams
- Undertake own projects and initiatives with guidance and support
Qualifications
- Completion of a minimum of three semesters of university studies in Business Administration or comparable field of study, preferably with a focus on Human Resources
- Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications including PowerPoint
- Fluent German and very good English language skills
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and independent working methods
- Professional handling of sensitive and confidential data

Beginner level; practical experience in HR through internships is a plus but not required
Education
Minimum of three completed semesters in Business Administration (BWL), Human Resources, or comparable field of study
