HR Intern position at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in Brussels: Support Benelux recruitment, employer branding, and HR operations across luxury beauty brands. 6-month internship program.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of intern recruitment for Belgium and the Netherlands, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, application tracking, candidate communication, and manager debriefing
  • Support the HR Business Partner with employee recruitment initiatives and spontaneous application management
  • Draft and prepare internship agreements, employment contracts, and personnel files in compliance with local regulations
  • Collaborate with the HR Officer on employment contract preparation and new hire/leaver documentation (official notifications and employee forms)
  • Develop and execute school relations strategy aligned with recruitment priorities, including partnership development with educational institutions, alumni networks, and external recruitment agencies
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events (virtual and on-site), presenting LVMH and its Maisons, available positions, and engaging potential candidates at schools, student forums, and recruitment fairs
  • Prepare monthly HR newsletters and internal communications for leadership distribution
  • Generate reports for CE/CPPT meetings related to HR department activities and organizational updates
  • Maintain and update organizational charts on a monthly basis
  • Serve as a reference point and support resource for interns across the organization
  • Contribute to ad hoc HR projects including training initiatives, corporate social responsibility activities, people development programs, and internal organizational inquiries

Qualifications

  • Strong interest and commitment to human resources and talent management disciplines
  • Fluent communication in French and English (both written and verbal); Dutch language skills are advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with keen attention to detail
