LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics seeks HR Intern in Brussels for 6-month program beginning January 2027. Support recruitment, employer branding, and HR operations across Benelux.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle for internship candidates in Belgium and the Netherlands, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, application tracking, and candidate communications
  • Support the HR Business Partner with employee recruitment activities
  • Process spontaneous applications and evaluate candidates
  • Prepare internship agreements, employment contracts, and personnel files
  • Assist with employment contract preparation and new hire/leaver documentation, notifications, and employee forms
  • Develop and execute school relations strategy aligned with recruitment needs
  • Establish partnerships with educational institutions, alumni networks, and recruitment agencies
  • Organize and participate in campus recruitment events, student forums, and employer branding activities
  • Present LVMH and its Maisons to prospective candidates and communicate available opportunities
  • Identify and propose innovative talent attraction initiatives
  • Prepare monthly HR newsletters and internal communications
  • Compile reports for CE/CPPT meetings on behalf of the HR Department
  • Maintain and update organizational charts monthly
  • Serve as primary point of contact for interns within the organization
  • Contribute to ad hoc HR projects including training initiatives, corporate social responsibility, talent development, and internal inquiries

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in human resources and organizational development
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Dutch language is advantageous
  • High standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
