LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics seeks HR Executive in Singapore to manage employee mobility, onboarding and HRIS operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage employee transfers and international assignments, including coordination with shipping vendors, temporary accommodation, flight arrangements, school enrolment and work permit processes
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure compliance with immigration and cross-border regulatory requirements and maintain accurate mobility data records
- Provide guidance on relocation support policies and benefits in coordination with the Compensation & Benefits team
- Prepare onboarding documentation including Letters of Appointment, addendums and benefit enrolment materials
- Create and manage system accounts for new hires and coordinate benefits enrolment including insurance, health screening and flex benefits
- Manage data entry and updates in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of employee personal information, employment details, reporting lines, cost centres and leave profiles
- Support data integrity checks between HRIS and other internal HR platforms and assist in generating HR reports
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies, including organizing team-building activities, events and workshops
- Conduct employee surveys to assess workplace morale and gather improvement suggestions
- Manage all work pass-related matters including Employment Pass, S Pass and Work Permit applications, renewals and cancellations
- Provide HR policy guidance to employees and maintain current knowledge of HR initiatives and best practices
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, employee mobility, onboarding or general HR support
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employee documentation and work pass procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with HRIS systems; prior experience with SAP or similar platforms is advantageous
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of prior experience in HR operations, employee mobility, onboarding or general HR support, with demonstrated expertise in work pass management and international employee assignments.
Education
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
