Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing talent-related events, such as retail communities and HR meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team on talent program implementation.
  • Participate in the Group Retail Management Trainee program, providing operational support.
  • Engage with retail talents to understand development needs and provide feedback.
  • Update and maintain the talent database with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Maison HR teams to align talent management strategies with broader HR initiatives.
  • Support ad hoc projects within the talent management team.
  • Assist in NextGen recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screening.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience in talent management or a similar role within the retail sector.

Skills

Strong understanding of talent management practices. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Fluency in both spoken and written English.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in talent management or a similar role within the retail sector.

Education

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution.
