HR Data Analyst apprenticeship with LVMH in Reims/Epernay, France. Join the Compensation & Social Reporting team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize quantitative social and workforce data across all HR systems
- Monitor and analyze workforce indicators including turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, time management, and mobility, alerting stakeholders to potential deviations
- Audit data accuracy and consistency across payroll software, Core HR, talent management, and payroll mass management tools
- Update organizational structures, job classifications, and employee records in payroll and Core HR systems in accordance with structural and organizational changes
- Manage system access permissions for payroll and time management tools in compliance with established procedures
- Ensure legislative compliance in indicator calculations and maintain methodological consistency over time
- Support the preparation of monthly data reporting and respond to ad hoc information requests in compliance with GDPR
- Conduct specialized studies on topics such as professional equality, indicator monitoring, and absenteeism; advise stakeholders on relevant metrics and analyze findings
- Contribute to the preparation of mandatory documents including social balance sheets, annual salary reviews, social reports, and gender equality assessments
- Assist in payroll budget development through data entry and control of individual employee information
- Support the payroll budget manager in formatting and verifying budgetary analysis tables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree + 4–5 years of education (BAC+4/5) in Human Resources with specialization in social cost accounting or compensation and benefits, or equivalent generalist HR qualification with demonstrated aptitude for numerical analysis and information systems
- Fluency in French and English
- First internship or apprenticeship experience in HR or Finance
- Proficiency with HR information systems software and data extraction tools (Business Intelligence)
- Strong command of office productivity and collaborative tools
- Ability to effectively exploit statistical analysis tools
- Comprehensive knowledge of finance and budget management
- Demonstrated commitment to data confidentiality and information security
Skills
Experience
This is an entry-level apprenticeship role. Candidates should have completed at least one internship or apprenticeship in HR or Finance; first-year experience in these disciplines is acceptable.
Education
Bachelor's degree + 4–5 years (BAC+4/5) in Human Resources specializing in social cost accounting or compensation and benefits, or equivalent generalist HR curriculum with demonstrated aptitude for numerical analysis and information systems.
