LVMH Fashion Group seeks an HR Controlling Manager in Paris to lead HR budgeting, reporting, workforce analytics and data quality.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead HR controlling and budgeting activities across the Fashion Group.
- Develop and maintain recurring dashboards and KPI reports covering workforce trends, labour costs, vacancies, turnover, and other key people metrics across Maisons and Regional Hubs, including actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
- Perform monthly variance analyses against budget, forecast, and prior periods; investigate discrepancies and highlight risks and required follow-up actions to internal stakeholders.
- Enhance monitoring processes and reporting tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and usability.
- Deliver ad hoc analyses and management requests based on clear assumptions, accurate outputs, and concise conclusions.
- Promote standardization, automation, and the sharing of best practices across HR and Finance.
- Implement a budgeting and reporting tool for Regional Hubs and Maison regional entities, ensuring data consistency, reliability, and alignment with Finance.
- Identify and implement practical opportunities to streamline or automate controlling tools, dashboards, reports, and planning processes.
- Maintain clear process documentation, reporting definitions, controls, and standard templates.
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and traceability of workforce data used for analysis and reporting.
- Strengthen data validation controls and management files to support accurate, consistent reporting.
- Optimize HR data collection, consolidation, and governance processes in close collaboration with Finance.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Strong expertise in workforce cost management, budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong command of reporting and data management tools.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, problem-solving, and modelling skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Experience
8–10 years of experience in HR controlling within an international environment; minimum 5 years.
Education
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
