LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics seeks an HR Controller in London — responsible for HR budgeting, payroll analysis and HR reporting (hybrid).
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile the HR database (cost centres, analytical data) to ensure accuracy of HR financial information.
- Own HR budgets for assigned brands and track headcount and staff costs on a monthly basis.
- Produce regular and ad‑hoc reporting (including contributions to group annual reports and national statistics) and support audit processes.
- Coordinate with Payroll and Accounting to prepare payroll exports and analyse staffing costs.
- Prepare and analyse monthly commission and incentive data for all brands.
- Deliver HR KPI analyses for projects and operational topics, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Liaise with Compensation & Benefits, business analysts, HR management and recruitment to coordinate staffing cost forecasts and compensation-related projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in HR controlling, financial controlling or people analytics; experience within retail or luxury brands preferred.
- Proven track record in financial controlling: cost centres, P&L analysis and budget ownership.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong competence with MS Office.
- Highly analytical with commercial awareness and the ability to translate data into recommended actions for senior stakeholders.
- Structured, methodical and able to operate in a fast‑paced environment managing recurrent reporting alongside ad‑hoc analyses.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to influence cross‑functional finance, HR and commercial teams.
- Understanding of payroll processes is advantageous.
- Fluent English; French language skills are an advantage.

Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in HR or financial controlling, ideally within retail or luxury sectors, including direct responsibility for cost‑centre management, P&L analysis and payroll coordination.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Human Resources; professional qualifications in finance (e.g., ACCA/CIMA) or HR (e.g., CIPD) are advantageous.
