LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks an HR Communications & Learning Intern in Levallois-Perret to manage internal comms, employer branding, and HR events during a January–July 2027 internship.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and animate the company LinkedIn page, including content calendar planning, video and photo production in French and English, and coordination of internal LinkedIn influencers
  • Co-develop and execute the 'Beauty Needs Entrepreneurs' employer branding strategy across internal and external communication channels
  • Create multimedia content including video editing, photography, and visual design to support recruitment and internal engagement
  • Manage the company intranet by publishing content, organizing editorial calendars, promoting adoption, and recommending user experience improvements
  • Design impactful internal communications campaigns to support training completion and employee engagement
  • Establish and maintain a bi-weekly/monthly newsletter focused on training and development initiatives for worldwide employees
  • Support annual training programme execution and ad-hoc training delivery by coordinating with internal teams and external partners
  • Assist in organizing internal HR events including Diversity & Inclusion roadmap activities, career cafés, leadership talks, and cross-brand initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) in commerce, business administration, or communications with a specialization in internal communications preferred
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and oral
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva; Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling, varied messaging
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational capabilities
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving and forward-thinking approach
  • Team collaboration skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Genuine passion for the luxury sector, particularly beauty and fragrance

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 1,300 to EUR 1,400 per month.
