HR Business Partner at LVMH Fragrance Brands in Levallois-Perret. Support Givenchy and Kenzo across France & Europe (maternity cover, Dec 2026–Sept 2027).
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide daily HR and managerial coaching to regional leaders, helping them anticipate sensitive situations and make informed, equitable decisions on people matters
- Ensure a cohesive employee experience by supporting staff through all key career milestones and professional life stages
- Advise on employment contract types, employment law compliance, disciplinary procedures, and health and safety standards
- Collaborate with managers to design agile, high-performing organizational structures aligned with business priorities
- Partner with managers to navigate individual and collective HR challenges and facilitate organizational change initiatives
- Oversee the annual Individual Compensation Review (ICR) process to ensure fair, consistent salary adjustments aligned with company principles and performance outcomes
- Lead Organization Management Review (OMR) and People Review exercises to identify, develop, and advance internal talent
- Build and maintain succession plans and talent pools using both internal and external sourcing strategies
- Manage the annual performance appraisal cycle, ensuring evaluations are fair, impartial, and consistent across the organization
- Support career development and internal mobility initiatives for employees seeking new opportunities
- Partner with the learning team to create annual training plans and learning strategies
- Deploy group and brand-wide employee development and engagement initiatives
- Manage payroll and headcount forecasting through budgeting cycles and handle day-to-day hiring and replacement decisions
- Define compensation packages for new hires in coordination with the corporate HR and Remuneration teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR Business Partner capacity
- Pragmatic approach with strong prioritization and results-oriented mindset
- Service-oriented with ability to design bespoke solutions for complex people challenges
- Ability to understand business drivers, facilitate change, and align cross-functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Capacity to challenge and coach managers on human, organizational, and leadership issues
- Fluent English

Minimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist or HR Business Partner function covering diverse HR disciplines including employee relations, organizational design, talent development, and compensation strategy.
