LVMH — HR Business Analyst Apprentice in Paris (8th arr.) starting Sept 2026: apprenticeship in HR controlling, budgeting and HR analytics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the HR Holding CFO/HR Performance team in monthly financial follow-up: expense tracking, departmental communications and reporting.
- Assist in budget construction and revision cycles: data preparation, analysis and creation of presentation materials for senior management.
- Monitor and control departmental Capex and support financial close activities, with particular attention to Q4 landing.
- Contribute to internal control and optimisation of financial processes within HR Holding; promote best practices and support communication to operational departments.
- Support definition of protocols and follow-up methods during rollout of new Group tools and processes (e.g., purchasing procedures).
- Conduct ad hoc HR analyses (headcount, payroll/mass salary) and deliver insights to inform HR controlling decisions.
- Prepare finance-related training materials and develop best-practice documentation to support upskilling of HR teams.
- Drive improvements to support tools and dashboards, including initiatives leveraging the Group's AI for All policy.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university or grande école program in finance, economics, human resources, data analytics or a related discipline (apprenticeship/alternance candidate).
- Strong analytical mindset with rigor and an aptitude for manipulating and interpreting quantitative data.
- Curiosity, proactivity and strong attention to detail with an eagerness to explore AI-enabled tools and process automation.
- Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and hierarchical levels.
- Fluent written and spoken professional standards for preparing presentations and communicating findings to stakeholders.

Experience
Entry-level / beginner: suitable for candidates with an academic background and limited professional experience. Prior internships or first experiences in HR controlling, finance, HR analytics or reporting are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a tertiary-level program (Bachelor’s or Master’s track) in finance, economics, human resources, data analytics or a related discipline; eligible for an apprenticeship/alternance contract.
