LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks HR apprentice for one-year contract in Levallois-Perret to support social relations and HR development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation and execution of professional elections, works council meetings (CSEC and Central Commissions), and negotiations with representative trade unions
- Organize and document meetings, ensure follow-up of agreed actions, deposit and communicate agreements, and update the mandatory employment and social data repository (BDESE)
- Develop and format company and establishment agreements
- Consolidate HR dashboards and indicators including social balance sheets, social reporting, and professional gender equality indices
- Conduct labour law research and analysis including legislative review and market benchmarking
- Contribute to HR project management with potential outcomes in negotiations or consultation procedures
- Support corporate social responsibility, diversity and inclusion initiatives and reporting
- Provide guidance on employment law (both collective and individual) to the HR community
- Create and disseminate labour law content tailored to the organization
- Organize and participate in recruitment processes for interns and apprentices, including candidate reception, interview coordination, and stakeholder liaison
- Maintain relationships with educational institutions and develop school forum engagement
Qualifications
- Master's degree (M2) specialized in labour law and human resources
- First professional experience in social law, social relations, or HR roles (internship or apprenticeship)
- Exceptional organizational and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Proactive and dynamic approach to work
