LVMH Fragrance Brands in Levallois-Perret seeks an HR & Social Development Apprentice (alternance) starting 01/09/2026 for a one-year contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support preparation and organisation of professional elections, meetings with employee representative bodies (CSEC and Central Commissions) and negotiations with representative trade unions.
- Coordinate meeting logistics and follow-up (action tracking, minutes, filing of agreements, communication, BDESE updates).
- Draft and contribute to company- and establishment-level agreement projects.
- Consolidate and contribute to HR dashboards and social reporting (bilan social, social report, equality index) and monitor indicators of social climate.
- Conduct social and legal studies (regulatory framework analysis, benchmarking) to inform HR decisions and projects.
- Participate in HR project management activities that may lead to negotiations or formal consultation procedures.
- Contribute to RSE, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and related reporting.
- Advise the HR community on individual and collective labour law matters and produce legal-content summaries and jurisprudence analyses adapted to the company.
- Organise and take part in recruitment processes for interns and apprentices: manage applications, schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers.
- Monitor internship and apprenticeship follow-up (mid-term reviews) and develop relationships with educational institutions, including participating in forums.
Qualifications
- Master 2 (or equivalent) specialised in labour law and human resources.
- First professional experience (internship or apprenticeship) as a social-law jurist, employee relations officer or HR generalist.
- Strong organisational skills, rigor and proactivity.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and a collaborative team spirit.

Master's degree (Master 2) specialised in labour law and human resources.
