LVMH — Apprenticeship HR & Digital Transformation Assistant in Paris. Support Tech & Digital HR programmes, talent reviews and digital acceleration projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Organise and run monthly talent reviews for Tech & Digital populations and align talent pools with open positions across Maisons.
- Support deployment of Group HR processes within Tech & Digital functions (onboarding/offboarding, training plans, recruitment, annual increase campaigns, Talent Reviews).
- Maintain and update HR dashboards, KPIs and reportings ensuring data accuracy across HR tools.
- Track internal mobility for Tech & Digital employees and ensure personnel records reflect arrivals and departures.
- Assist project planning, budget follow-up and delivery for digital acceleration initiatives.
- Produce engaging content (text, visuals, video) using AI and creative tools to support initiatives and communications.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional internal teams (Digital, Tech, Legal, Communications, Retail, Supply‑Chain) and external partners.
- Support communications campaigns, community engagement and organisation of online and offline events.
- Run user tests, analyse feedback and support KPI analysis, reporting and continuous improvement of projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme (Bac+4/5) in Business, Communication, Digital, HR or equivalent.
- Strong interest in technology, digital transformation and human resources.
- Fluent English (bilingual/advanced) both written and spoken — mandatory.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Experience with AI tools, CMS and LMS platforms (e.g., 360Learning) and with graphic design and video editing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised, analytical, proactive and attentive to detail.
- Team player, motivated by a dynamic and challenging environment; able to embody LVMH values of creativity, innovation and excellence.
- Experience in organising and managing events is an advantage.

Entry-level — suitable for a candidate currently enrolled in a Master’s programme; previous internships or project experience in HR, digital, communications or event organisation is valued but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Master's programme (Bac+4/5) in Business, Communication, Digital, Human Resources or equivalent.
