LVMH Beauty Iberia — Madrid: HR & CSR Intern (6‑month, on‑site) supporting HR events, D&I, sustainability and social programmes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, organisation and on-site execution of HR events, international visits and executive meetings.
  • Contribute to the annual HR calendar and coordinate HR projects in partnership with HRD, Head of Talent and HR Business Partners.
  • Manage logistics for CSR initiatives across the four pillars (Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing, Sustainability, Social Commitment) including EllesVMH, All LVMH Pride and Disability Awareness activations.
  • Oversee vendor relationships: solicit quotes, validate suppliers, process purchase orders and coordinate operational delivery.
  • Prepare presentations, internal communications, reports and materials for meetings and the CSR Annual Report.
  • Liaise with foundations and external partners alongside the CSR & Corporate Communications Specialist to design and implement high‑impact initiatives.
  • Manage invitations, attendee logistics and post‑event reporting for CSR and HR activations; support gift assignment and distribution with HR Controlling.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a university programme and eligible to sign a 6‑month internship agreement through an official university (full‑time internship).
  • Degree background in Marketing, Communication, Human Resources, Journalism or a related field.
  • Fluent English (C1) and strong verbal/written Spanish communication skills.
  • Immediate availability to start and commitment to a full‑time, on‑site 6‑month placement.

Experience

Entry‑level internship: prior internships or hands‑on experience in event organisation, HR administration, communications or CSR is advantageous but not mandatory.
