LVMH — Paris — Hospitality Project Coordinator (Apprenticeship). Support guest programmes, supplier coordination and event reporting for the Group's flagship events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate and operationally follow hospitality programmes for major Group events.
- Contribute to the definition of guest programmes and segmentation for flagship rendez‑vous.
- Manage and update guest lists and oversee invitation waves and responses.
- Source and negotiate with external suppliers (hotels, agencies, transfer providers, ticketing partners).
- Coordinate on‑site service providers (welcome teams, F&B, hostesses, security) and prepare field team briefings.
- Monitor budgets and implement cost optimisation across ticketing, accommodation, transfers, F&B and bespoke experiences.
- Produce briefing materials and post‑event reports for Maisons, COMEX and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct post‑event debriefs and analyse guest data to refine invitation strategies and future edition segmentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or holding a Bac+4 (master level) in communication, hospitality, events, marketing or equivalent.
- Prior practical experience in concierge services, communications or events (internships, alternances or similar).
- Excellent written communication and drafting skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy and political awareness.
- High level of rigor, anticipation, autonomy and organisational ability.
- Team‑oriented, passionate and enthusiastic about events.
- Good knowledge of the events market, supplier landscape and industry trends.
- Sensitivity to luxury codes: attention to detail, creativity and commitment to excellence.
- Familiarity with DTP/PAO tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus.

Experience
Beginner level — student or recent graduate with previous internships or alternance placements in concierge, events, communications or hospitality; demonstrable exposure to supplier management and operational event delivery.
Education
Bac+4 (master level) in communication, hospitality, events, marketing or equivalent (current enrolment or recent completion).
