LVMH — Hospitality Project Assistant (Apprenticeship) in Paris. Apprenticeship role supporting hospitality programmes, guest management and supplier coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conceive, coordinate and operationally follow hospitality programmes for major group events and appointments.
- Define guest programmes and manage guest lists, invitations and RSVP waves.
- Source, negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers (hotels, transfer companies, ticketing, agencies).
- Coordinate on-site logistics and third-party providers (welcome, F&B, hostesses, security) and brief field teams.
- Monitor budgets, control costs and propose optimisation across ticketing, accommodation, transfers, F&B and tailored experiences.
- Prepare briefing documents and reports for Maisons, Executive Committee members and internal partners.
- Conduct post-event debriefs, consolidate key figures and analyse guest data to refine invitation strategy and segmentation for future editions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or holding a Bac+4 (master-level) degree in communication, hospitality, event management, marketing or equivalent.
- Previous professional experience in a concierge, communications or events environment via internships or alternance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong diplomacy and interpersonal presence.
- High degree of rigor, anticipation, autonomy and organisational proactivity.
- Team-oriented, enthusiastic and passionate about events and luxury hospitality.
- Solid knowledge of the events market, suppliers and contemporary event formats.
- Sensitivity to luxury codes: excellence, creativity and meticulous attention to detail.
- Fluent English.

Experience
Beginner level: prior internships or alternance placements within concierge services, communications or event departments are required; demonstrable practical exposure to hospitality or event operations.
Education
Enrolled in or holding a Bac+4 (master-level) degree in communication, hospitality, event management, marketing or equivalent.
