LVMH Beauty Iberia Health & Safety Intern in Madrid, Spain — support occupational risk prevention, regulatory compliance, and safety audits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the management, implementation, control, and monitoring of obligations derived from Occupational Risk Prevention regulations and compliance requirements
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of technical and legal documentation required by current Health & Safety legislation, ensuring validity and availability
  • Monitor deadlines and regulatory requirements to ensure timely documentation compliance and accessibility
  • Participate in the preparation and management of Occupational Risk Prevention audits and Healthy Organization certifications
  • Collaborate in the implementation, monitoring, and control of specific Health & Safety projects aligned with company safety objectives
  • Organize and maintain both physical and digital documentation archives within the Health & Safety department
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, statistics, and assist in incident management processes

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field (Master in Occupational Risk Prevention preferred)
  • University enrollment agreement for minimum 6-month internship period
  • Fluent Spanish and English (minimum C1 level)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
  • Strong attention to detail with proactive attitude
  • Excellent organizational and planning capabilities
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality

Experience
