LVMH Beauty Iberia Health & Safety Intern in Madrid, Spain — support occupational risk prevention, regulatory compliance, and safety audits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the management, implementation, control, and monitoring of obligations derived from Occupational Risk Prevention regulations and compliance requirements
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of technical and legal documentation required by current Health & Safety legislation, ensuring validity and availability
- Monitor deadlines and regulatory requirements to ensure timely documentation compliance and accessibility
- Participate in the preparation and management of Occupational Risk Prevention audits and Healthy Organization certifications
- Collaborate in the implementation, monitoring, and control of specific Health & Safety projects aligned with company safety objectives
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital documentation archives within the Health & Safety department
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, statistics, and assist in incident management processes
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources or related field (Master in Occupational Risk Prevention preferred)
- University enrollment agreement for minimum 6-month internship period
- Fluent Spanish and English (minimum C1 level)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail with proactive attitude
- Excellent organizational and planning capabilities
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
Skills
Experience
Beginner level or entry-level experience; previous experience in a similar Health & Safety or risk prevention role is valued but not required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) is advantageous.
