Health & Safety Intern at LVMH Beauty Iberia in Madrid, Spain. Support occupational risk prevention and regulatory compliance in the luxury beauty sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the management, implementation, control, and monitoring of obligations derived from Occupational Risk Prevention regulations
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of technical and legal documentation required by current Health & Safety legislation
- Support the monitoring of deadlines and regulatory requirements to ensure documentation validity and availability
- Participate in the preparation and management of Occupational Risk Prevention audits and Healthy Organization certifications
- Collaborate in the implementation, monitoring, and control of specific Health & Safety projects
- Support the organization and maintenance of both physical and digital documentation archives within the Health & Safety department
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, statistics, and incident management
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Official university agreement for 6-month minimum internship commitment
- Fluent Spanish (minimum C1 level)
- Fluent English (minimum C1 level)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
- Interest in or basic knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) regulations
- Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) is an advantage

Experience
Beginner level; previous experience in a similar Health & Safety or occupational risk prevention role is valuable but not required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline; Master's degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) preferred.
