Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management, implementation, and monitoring of Occupational Risk Prevention regulations.
  • Organize and maintain technical and legal documentation in compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
  • Monitor deadlines and regulatory requirements to ensure documentation validity.
  • Participate in the preparation and management of Occupational Risk Prevention audits and certifications.
  • Collaborate on Health & Safety projects, contributing to the company's safety objectives.
  • Support the organization and maintenance of physical and digital documentation archives.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and managing incidents.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Master in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) is a plus.
  • Interest or basic knowledge of Occupational Risk Prevention regulations.

Skills

Attention to detail and proactive attitude. Strong organizational and planning skills. Effective communication skills and teamwork ability. Willingness to learn and develop in Health & Safety. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role is valuable but not required.

Education

Degree in Human Resources or related field. Master in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) is a plus.
