LVMH — Paris: Head of Social Media & E‑Reputation (temporary) to lead group social strategy, e‑reputation and leaders advocacy across EMEA, North America & China.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and deploy the Group’s global social media strategy across the social ecosystem (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube) for EMEA, North America and China, tailoring messages and formats to each platform and audience.
  • Aggregate and coordinate content with Maison teams; design and maintain an editorial calendar and recommended format and platform strategies.
  • Lead e‑reputation monitoring and analysis: oversee daily, monthly and ad‑hoc reporting of sensitive mentions, social listening to measure sentiment, detect weak signals and anticipate crises or opportunities.
  • Turn social listening and analytics insights into real‑time recommendations to optimise Group communications while ensuring consistency with corporate and reputational imperatives.
  • Develop and activate a leaders advocacy programme to amplify executive and employee voices; coach and support top executives in digital speaking (guidelines, messaging, drafting posts and op‑eds).
  • Line‑manage the Social Media Manager and the Community Manager & Editorial Project Assistant (alternant); support local teams (notably China) and coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure flawless execution.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to define and lead a comprehensive social media and e‑reputation strategy with clear vision, leadership and organisational rigour.
  • Strong data‑driven mindset with demonstrable experience interpreting social listening outputs, KPIs and analytics to inform strategy.
  • Deep understanding of corporate reputation management, storytelling and employer branding in a complex, multi‑brand environment.
  • Experience coordinating international, cross‑market projects and working effectively with multicultural teams and external partners.
  • Excellent written communication and editorial skills in English (business/advanced level required).

Experience

Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in corporate communications, social media strategy and social listening, including line management and delivery of international, cross‑market campaigns.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field; advanced degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
