LVMH Head of Network
LVMH Fashion Group seeks a Head of Network in Paris to lead network strategy, operations and transformation across its Maisons.
Overview
Part of the LVMH Fashion Group within the LVMH group, the Division encompasses several iconic Maisons and regional shared-service centres. The Fashion Group combines high creativity and artisanal savoir‑faire with rigorous operational standards, supporting global retail and client‑facing operations through digital and technology transformation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead the Fashion Group network strategy, transformation roadmap and service catalogue to align network capabilities with Division and Maison business objectives.
- Design, maintain and evolve the network core model and architectures (LAN/WAN/WLAN/SDWAN), ensuring scalability, resilience and conformity with Group standards.
- Oversee day‑to‑day network operations: monitoring, incident management and troubleshooting, providing L3/L4 support across EMEA and L4 support for US and Asia.
- Manage build and implementation of network infrastructure for stores, offices, expansions and events — coordinating internal and external technical teams, testing, validation and documentation.
- Ensure network security through firewalls (cloud & on‑premise), segmentation, intrusion detection systems and VPNs; manage relationships with service providers and Group organisations.
- Lead, mentor and organise a distributed network team (operations and architecture) across Maisons; control budgets, schedules and delivery metrics.
- Scout, evaluate and recommend new networking technologies; represent the Division within the global network community and influence Group technology decisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years managing enterprise networks, preferably within retail or fashion organisations.
- Proven experience in team leadership, project management and delivering network transformation in a decentralised environment.
- Engineering degree in computer science, telecommunications or equivalent.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
- CCNP or equivalent professional certification preferred.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience managing enterprise network environments, with demonstrable delivery of network architecture, operations and transformation projects; experience supporting global footprints (EMEA, US, APAC) and working with decentralised, multi‑brand organisations is preferred.
Education
Engineering degree in computer science or telecommunications, or equivalent.
