LVMH Métiers d'Art seeks Head of Human Resources in Paris. Lead talent strategy, succession planning, and development across luxury industrial companies.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Director in deploying the HR roadmap aligned with business priorities and act as key advisor to senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, team effectiveness, and people decisions
  • Lead talent management agenda across LVMH Métiers d'Art, overseeing performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career pathing, and individual development plans
  • Build leadership development initiatives to strengthen management capabilities and support organizational transformation, change management, and evolution of structures
  • Lead conceptualization, launch, and ongoing operation of the LVMH Métiers d'Art Leather Academy, defining curriculum, governance, and accreditation standards to preserve specialized knowledge and techniques
  • Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently in compliance with local regulations and company standards across all locations
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify talent gaps, critical roles, and development priorities, fostering internal mobility and leadership pipeline development

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in HR, including strong exposure to talent management, HR business partnering, and learning and development within complex, international, and matrix organizations
  • Proven ability to support senior leaders and operate credibly at executive level
  • Experience managing sensitive organizational and people topics with sound judgment and discretion
  • Prior experience establishing or significantly contributing to corporate academies or centres of excellence
  • Strong expertise in talent review, succession planning, assessment, and development
  • Project management capability and ability to drive multiple priorities simultaneously

Experience

Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
