Role & Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the Group-level digital commerce architecture blueprint and recommended solution set for Maisons, with a focus on SEO/GEO, product discovery, personalization and web performance.
- Create, generalize and publish technical assets and accelerators (guidelines, reusable components, playbooks) to speed delivery and ensure consistent quality across Maisons.
- Oversee and guide Digital Commerce project delivery across Maisons and integrators, coordinating activities and ensuring solution robustness, scalability and compliance with the blueprint.
- Lead capability-building initiatives: design and deliver training programs to raise Digital Commerce maturity and platform adoption across business and technical teams.
- Manage the digital commerce ecosystem: nurture vendor and integrator relationships, enforce SLAs, and drive continuous improvement of partner-delivered solutions.
- Lead the Shopify Factory: act as design authority for AMS and Build, implement delivery best practices, scale reusable components and enforce governance to maximise efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in digital commerce technology, solution architecture or technical delivery leadership; 10+ years preferred for global, multi-brand responsibilities.
- Demonstrable expertise in eCommerce architecture and integrations (APIs, data flows, authentication, reliability).
- Experience with SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) or multi-platform commerce environments and with vendor management (setting expectations, reviewing deliverables).
- Proven experience working with agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and leading cross-functional teams.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders; ability to operate within business teams and with data owners.
- Fluent in French and English; willingness to work on-site in Paris.
- Desirable: hands-on experience with Shopify architecture and scaling a delivery factory model; familiarity with technical SEO, personalization platforms, search/product discovery and performance tooling; experience in a global, multi-brand organisation.
- Interest in environmental best practices and Green IT as part of LVMH’s LIFE360 commitments.
