LVMH seeks a Head of Digital Commerce Technology in Paris to lead Salesforce and Shopify architecture across Maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the Group-level digital commerce architecture and blueprint, with a strong focus on Salesforce and Shopify ecosystems.
  • Design, produce and generalise technical assets and accelerators (guidelines, libraries, playbooks) for reuse across Maisons to accelerate delivery.
  • Oversee and guide Maisons’ digital commerce deliveries, coordinating integrators, ensuring architectural compliance and validating project requirements.
  • Lead the Shopify Factory: act as design authority and govern AMS and build activities to scale delivery, share best practices and ensure operational excellence.
  • Manage the digital commerce partner and vendor ecosystem, ensuring SLAs are met and driving continuous improvement of partner solutions.
  • Develop and implement capability-building programmes and training to raise Digital Commerce maturity across Maisons.
  • Drive initiatives in social commerce and AI agent integration, and champion improvements in SEO/GEO, product discovery, personalization and web performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in digital commerce technology, solution architecture or technical delivery leadership, including multi-brand or global contexts.
  • Proven expertise in eCommerce architecture and integrations (APIs, data flows, authentication, reliability).
  • Hands-on experience with SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) or multi-platform commerce environments; strong familiarity with Shopify architectures and integration patterns is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management, setting expectations, reviewing deliverables and enforcing quality.
  • Solid working knowledge of agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban) and experience scaling delivery via a factory/playbook model.
  • Clear, confident communicator capable of influencing technical and non-technical stakeholders; fluent in French and English.

Experience

Minimum 10 years in digital commerce technology with demonstrated leadership of cross-functional delivery teams in global or multi-brand organisations; proven track record in eCommerce architecture, vendor management and scaling delivery models (factory/playbook).

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
