Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise contractor picking teams across Veuve Clicquot partner parcels, reporting to the Service Prestations Viticoles.
- Conduct pre-harvest maturity monitoring and assess sanitary status of assigned parcels to determine optimal picking windows.
- Organize daily harvest operations: allocate teams, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with harvest protocols and quality standards.
- Manage relationships and operational logistics with partner growers (vignerons) and pressing centres to ensure timely reception and processing of grapes.
- Prepare, consolidate and validate post-harvest accounts and documentation for the season.
Qualifications
- Technician-level training in viticulture (BPREA, Bac Pro Viticulture‑Œnologie, BTS Viti‑Oeno) or equivalent professional certificate.
- Solid understanding of viticultural practices, grape maturation and sanitary assessment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, good listening ability, autonomy, curiosity, motivation and dynamic attitude.
- Proven proficiency in basic IT tools relevant to fieldwork (see skills).
- Valid driving licence (Permis B) is mandatory to travel across the appellation.
