LVMH seeks a Group Senior Network Architect in Paris to lead global network infrastructure for 5,000+ sites and 210,000+ users.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the Network Design Authority and technical community to define network architecture standards and best practices across LVMH Maisons
- Industrialize and standardize network and telecommunications technologies; oversee deployment and adoption across the global organization
- Maintain and evolve technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives; anticipate service and solution evolution to remain a strategic advisor to business stakeholders
- Analyze business requirements, formalize specifications, and translate needs into comprehensive technical and functional architecture designs
- Ensure solution operability and seamless Build-to-Run transition by preparing monitoring frameworks, resilience strategies, and operational handover documentation
- Proactively support operations teams in preventing and resolving critical network incidents; participate in incident management and problem-solving processes
- Drive continuous improvement through process refinement, tooling enhancements, and technology modernization
- Spearhead network automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve deployment speed, change management efficiency, and incident response
- Manage RFP processes, vendor contracts, and pricing negotiations; coordinate global supplier ecosystems and manage outsourcing relationships
- Oversee technical project delivery across project and portfolio scopes, including test plans, implementation timelines, risk management, and stakeholder communications
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of enterprise network architecture and design experience
- Demonstrated expertise in WAN technologies, SD-WAN, and global network optimization
- Strong hands-on knowledge of industry-leading solutions: Cisco & Meraki, Huawei, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Infoblox, Zscaler
- Proficiency in network security architecture, including firewalls, DNS protection, DDoS mitigation, and network detection and response (NDR)
- Extensive experience with multi-cloud connectivity (private, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Alibaba Cloud)
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects, vendor relationships, and telecommunications contracts
- Solid understanding of operational best practices, monitoring frameworks, and high-availability infrastructure design
- Fluency in English (written and oral)

Experience
Minimum 10 years of enterprise network architecture experience in complex, multinational environments. Track record of designing and implementing global WAN solutions, managing large-scale telecommunications infrastructure, and leading technical communities. Proven ability to resolve critical incidents on mission-critical systems, combining analytical rigor with effective communication and collaboration under pressure. Experience transitioning architectural designs into operationally stable solutions and working constructively with operations teams.
Education
Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in telecommunications, network engineering, or computer science (or demonstrated equivalent professional expertise).
