LVMH — Paris: Group Communications Project Manager (CDD) to support Journées Particulières; hybrid role coordinating 360° campaigns and content production.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end 360° project management for major Group events (planning, coordination, execution) and act as liaison between internal teams and external providers.
- Execute operational communication activities to ensure consistent, effective messaging across channels and territories.
- Coordinate activations between the Group and individual Maisons, aligning schedules, deliverables and agency workstreams.
- Support production of multi‑format content (video, print collateral, editorial articles, photo assets), ensuring quality and on‑time delivery with creative teams and suppliers.
- Draft, edit and proofread communication assets (press releases, social copy, internal communications) in accordance with the Group’s editorial line.
- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of multichannel communication plans (digital, press, internal) for an international scope.
- Collect program data, prepare reporting and support the project steering committee with status updates and post‑event analyses.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in communications project management, ideally within luxury, events or agency environments.
- Proven operational delivery of 360° communication programmes and multi‑format content production.
- Excellent written French and strong English (both oral and written); Italian is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills, autonomy, proactivity and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and external agencies while maintaining high standards of quality and timing.

Experience
Minimum five years of progressive experience managing communications projects, with demonstrable experience delivering operational 360° campaigns and coordinating multi‑format content production across internal teams and external agencies.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, public relations or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
