LVMH Client Services in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine seeks a German‑speaking Customer Advisor (CDI, hybrid) — multilingual client-facing role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming client enquiries across all channels (telephone, email, chat, social media) with courtesy, proactivity and brand-aligned tone.
- Support clients through their journey: product information, store and service guidance, order assistance and reservation management.
- Resolve complaints and after-sales issues (damaged items, lost parcels) by proposing timely, effective solutions that preserve client satisfaction.
- Identify client needs to propose relevant products and services, executing up-selling and cross-selling opportunities where appropriate.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through bespoke clienteling and personalised follow-up.
- Perform administrative and operational tasks linked to customer requests (order validation, logistics monitoring) and document interactions.
- Enrich and maintain client profiles in the CRM to guarantee personalised, data-driven service.
- Meet qualitative and quantitative service objectives defined by the team.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French and German (spoken and written); additional languages an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Customer-focused demeanor with the capacity to de-escalate tensions and handle complaints diplomatically.
- Organisational rigor, autonomy and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Comfort in a multicultural, multilingual environment and sensitivity to luxury brand standards.

Experience
Entry-level; prior experience in customer service, luxury retail or boutique sales is a strong advantage and will be valued.
Education
High-school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent; degree in hospitality, commerce, languages or related field advantageous.

This position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, within easy reach of Paris.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 29,000 per annum.
