LVMH Client Services in Neuilly-sur-Seine seeks a German-speaking Customer Advisor to deliver multichannel luxury client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across telephone, e-mail, chat and social media with professionalism and proactivity.
- Guide clients through product, service and boutique enquiries and support order placement, reservations and after-sales processes.
- Resolve complaints and operational issues (damaged products, lost parcels, returns), escalating when necessary and ensuring rapid, client-focused solutions.
- Identify client needs and propose relevant products and services; execute up-selling and cross-selling to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through clienteling practices and personalised follow-up.
- Perform administrative tasks related to order validation and logistical tracking while meeting qualitative and quantitative service objectives.
- Accurately record and enrich client data in the CRM to ensure a tailored, consistent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Fluent in French and German (spoken and written); additional languages (English, Italian, Spanish) strongly advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to manage difficult conversations and de-escalate disputes.
- Rigour, autonomy and strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
- Customer-service orientation with a refined sense of empathy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office software (Pack Office) and basic CRM usage; Salesforce experience is a plus.

Entry-level role; a first professional experience in customer service, luxury retail or boutique sales is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
Education
Secondary-school diploma or equivalent; higher education in languages, hospitality, commerce or customer experience is advantageous but not required.

This position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, within easy reach of Paris.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 29,000 per annum.
